Souper Sunday and Annual Business Meeting is scheduled for Sunday, February 22, 2026 following the Sunday Service.

 

Prayer Request Line: We have a prayer chain for any prayer requests that you may have throughout the week. Please contact: info@hantsportbaptist.ca to initiate the prayer line. Please check for permission before passing on a request to the church prayer line and respect someone’s wishes and privacy.

 

A Note from the Pastor

You may notice that there is a significant increase in the required weekly offering amount in the bulletin. I want you to know that this is not something that happened overnight, we just have not changed the amount for quite a while. As a growing church with many ministries the funding needed to run the church has grown. This new amount reflects what we now need in our budget.

We have also seen significant growth in the need for Benevolent Funds so any time you are able to donate to that fund it would be greatly appreciated.

The recent flood has also been a large financial burden.Although our insurance will cover much of the damage, as a church we will need to cover about $35,000. You may have noticed the heavy equipment repairing drains in the front and the back of the church, this repair is the cost we need to cover.

 I so appreciate the giving in our church and it is such a great blessing. This note is just to update you on our financial needs.
